What to include when you get in touch

To give you a fee as quickly as possible, it helps to have a few details ready. Here's what's useful for each service — but don't worry if you don't have everything to hand.

EPCs

  • Property address and type (house, flat, bungalow)
  • Reason for EPC (sale, rental, new build, Building Control)
  • For new build SAP: architect's drawings and spec if available

Construction Inspection & Architect's Certificates

  • Property address and current build stage
  • Name of your mortgage lender and any specific documentation they require
  • Approximate contract value and number of inspection stages required

Cost Plans

  • Architect's floor plans and elevations (PDF)
  • Any notes on specification (heating type, finishes, etc.)

Building Surveys

  • Property address
  • Approximate age and type of property
  • Your target timeline for exchange of contracts
